well stewie likes soft spots to sleep on, so when i put him on a puppy pad i notice that he just sleeps on it or lies on it for comfort!
he doesn't like to go on the pads that my other dogs have been on, so he needs his own, but just lies on it! and pees on the floor!
i'm going to try ur pads... "rapidstart" from petsmart..
