I also found it hard to view but it is a fact and I believe there are some who saw that article that never really thought about what they were doing when they let their pets breed, who gave their child a pup & then either abandoned it or took it to the shelter when the child became tired of it, and I believe there are others who just dropped an unwanted pet on the side of the road.

These people need to be forced to see the end result of their irresponsibility and if my reading that article causes even one person to reconsider their decision and keeps one puppy from suffering, I'll feel that pain for just a moment.

I, too, lived in the Victoria area at one time and I support anyone that is trying to raise the awareness of the animal cruelty in our supposedly civilized society.

Please spay/neuter your pets. If you have the ability, please rescue/adopt homeless pets. If you have the means please donate to your resue groups, no kill shelters and humane societies.
