I would think that if they are STILL flopped down at that age, that they would pretty much stay that way. Maybe not if you shave them though? I'm not totally sure on this. Stedman had floppy ears when we got him at 11 weeks old, and about a month or so after we brought him home they started to stand (the tips were shaved). I think your baby looks adorable with floppy ears though! I love 'em!!
