Oh my gosh, NO!!! You have not failed with her!!! Please DON'T think that!!! Just give it some time and I'm SURE that she will come around. I don't really know much about choke chains, but just hearing the word scares me too!!
I can understand how frustrated you must be feeling right now, but just give it some time, and I'm sure you will find the right person to work with both you, and her...and she will be the best little Yorkie baby around!!!!!!!!
