Thanks for the great info! I'll look into getting him some immune system boosters tonight after work. Ferdinand is just over 4 months old. He'll be 4.5 months old on Friday. I'm hoping that it descends for his sake... I don't want him to have to have another incision heal. The cost part doesn't really worry me - it's the neutering is covered under his Puppy Wellness plan through PetSmart. Also, that link you gave is great. Based on what the site says, I wouldn't say he has a collapsed trachea.. just the reverse sneezing. I have a follow-up appointment next Saturday to re-check him - I'll ask him to examine his trachea while we're there.
