I don't like the idea of leaving her with someone else for two weeks then having her come home with you - the stress of two homes on a young puppy, not good in my opinion. I would prefer to leave her with the breeder for the two additional weeks. I never let any of my puppies go home before 10 weeks minimum, usually 11 weeks, and most breeders actually want to wait until they are 12 weeks. I think the person that suggested getting her on a weekend and trying to take off a couple of sick days will help her to settle in and you will know if there is going to be any problems. If she isn't eating dry really good, I think she is still probably going to need to be fed at lunchtime. Hopefully, you can get out and meet a new neighbor who can check on her for you.
