[F]Hi All,
I just wanted to say Hello and introduce myself. My husband and I (just married 3 weeks ago on Sat.) decided to add our first member to our family last Saturday. We now have an 11 week old Yorkie that is about 2lbs. Her name is Irie Jo. We went to Jamaica for our Honeymoon and “Irie” is a term that the Jamaicans’ say that means “everything is great”. We loved it and brought it back; Jo because we had to drive 1 ½ hours to St. Jo to get her. We have had Irie for a week now and she is very playful and full of spunk. She runs and plays hard and then crashes hard. She is so cute and has an adorable personality. We are crate training, which seems to be working well. I take her to my Dad’s during the day. She gets to play with 2 other dogs all day and my dad helps with potty training. We are so excited to watch her grow up and plan to get her a friend some time soon…another Yorkie! I am eager to hear any info and tips on Yorkies! Talk to ya’ll soon![/FONT]
