You know what I did that pretty much wiped out that prob was to take hair scissors and I just kept cutting that area of her eye fur until I did not see anymore staining. You just have to be careful. My vet said I would have to wait until I took her to the groomer and he would shave that part of her fur down. I couldn't wait. No matter how much I wiped that area or tried to keep it clean she always looked gross. I just cut it perpendicular to her nose. She still looks cute and nobody knows the better! Hope that helps. I agree there are soooooooo many products you can use that are people products that are so much cheaper. We use the lavender scented Pampers Baby Wipes and the Lysol Disinfectant wipes for her kennel!
