I am so so sorry to hear your news! Our prayers will be with your family in the next few days.
I would first make sure that they didn't both get into something or have some illness. I definately would have the vet look at them and try to figure out what has happened. It isn't normal for such a healthy, young dog (meaning your lab) to just up and die for no apparent reason and 2 in 2 days would certainly raise flags for me.
