Honestly, I'm not 100% sure. I believe the person who bid may be able to leave you feedback if they want. Most people don't...except the newbies. They get POed and leave a negative for every little thing!
My mom is an AVID eBay power seller. When she comes back from Puerto Rico (she's there on vaca until the 16...lucky dog!) I'll ask her cuz I wanna know too!
