please just be patient, your knees will heal in time and then you can really attack the housebreaking problem, I also have 2 girls, sisters Laverne & shirley they are the same age as your 2 they sometimes still have accidents. Just hang in there it will get better, in the mean time just keep cleaning thier crates and maybe use an ex-pen if you have one, they can be used outside or inside.
