I have a cc brush (2) matter of fact. I dont care for them at all. the tips seem to me to be too sharp on their skin so I bought a comb from a pet store. Its called the revolution comb. the comb teeth go around and kinda up and down. The tips are blunt. I love it, and I wouldnt change to anything else now. Maggies hair was more cottony and when I first got her I was using the cc brush and thought I was getting the matts out pretty good but the very next day I'd fine more matts. I bought the comb and combed her hair and the very first day, I found more matts in her hair than I'd ever found with the brush. I got most all of them out and the next day there was only a few and I got those out. Now I rarely find a matted spot in her hair and the comb goes right thru her hair so smooth and she doesnt mind getting combed like she did brushed. Plus her hair is so much softer and lays so much smoother. Kizzys never had matts bad but now I can say come get brushed Kizzy and both of them come right to me to get combed. I so love this comb. My sister had one first and I tried hers and loved it so I bought one. I think I paid between 7 and 8 dollars for it. And I had paid close to 50 bucks for 2 cc brushes. I would not trade mine comb for all the brushes ccs has. I cant get over the difference in my dogs attitude for getting brushed or combed. their happier when grooming and that makes me happier. No more mats now. thanks to my sister introducing me to the comb. then sometimes I take just a soft brush after the comb and brush it real quick. Ive not combed either of them for a couple of days at a once and when I did, there was still no matts and they play outside most days as long as they want to. |
