Update. My sister in law just called. The owners of the yorkie were out looking for her and she has now been found by her owners. They had just moved to Iowa and she had slipped out on them. They were so happy someone had found her. She was really happy to see her human mom and dad. My sister in law was happy for them but kinda sad too. I think she had fallen in love too....it brought out the protective instint in her too.....
