dropped I would not allow anyone to pick him up..keep him crated and by your side when you are away from home...and if the child tried to pick him up..tell her NO and take the dog away....I have never had any problem telling my children or anyone else"s NO!!.
Infact... I have overheard my own children many times telling their friends.."if you hurt one of my mom's dogs, she will hurt you"...I guess they believed it....they always asked and sat on the floor to pet them.
Unfortunately, if it was his head that was hit, it can cause epilepsy in later years...best wishes |
