My first thought was the corn in the Royal Canin tiny puppy dry food. Problem is, it's the only dry food she will eat. She has itched ever since I got her, before I got her onto the Royal Canin. I think I will try to supplement her before switching her food. It has been so hard to get her to eat any dry food at all! Even now, I can only get away with a mix of 2/3 wet, 1/3 dry.
