Welcome to YT!! Don't ever be worried about asking questions here .... we have some very knowledgeable members. Our Toto has thrown up what you described a few times. It's usually when she is stressed or trying to get accustomed to some sort of change. We used to rush her to the vet and tests, etc. always showed that she was perfect .... now that she is 3 yrs. we just watch her closely for any symptoms of illness. She has always been disgustingly healthy!!
Hopefully someone else will have more insight to this problem.
