OMG you found him laying in the street ? Bless his heart ! that's horrible and I'm so glad you were his angel - it sounds like you gave him the best years of his life and you should be very proud of that......I just don't understand people at all -
these dogs just want love....how can someone neglect them so badly
One day....they'll get exactly what's coming to them ....they may not know it .... but in the end.....they'll pay for that kind of cruelty .
