No I like it better. You just can't use a flexi (the point is no-pull and the flexi is always pulling) and I choose to use a 4' leash that way it doesnt drag at all. Sometimes it gets tangled if Loki keeps switching sides on a walk - but not more than a regular harness. I like that it attaches in the front because it's more like using collar, even though it's away from their neck. Think about it - for loose leash walking with a leash attached to the collar the leash would be hanging in front of them. Same with this harness. That's why it's great for training vs. the ones that attach on their back.
