Oh, sweetie, I'm so, so sorry this happened. I know how heartbroken you are and I'm sending hugs and prayers for you. Don't beat yourself up over this. It won't help and you'll just make yourself sick over it. We have all experienced accidents in our lives and nothing in the world can undo them.
