It's not that yorkies are not good with children. It's that children think these little guys are stuffed animals and can hurt them. Lil children, through no fault of their own tend to want to cuddle too tightly and carry these cute little creatures around. Because yorkies are a smaller breed they are more subject to injury if mishandled.
