So sorry for your loss... My heart is breaking for you. Please know that things happen... none of us live in a bubble. I'm sure she loved that you let her run around your yard. Dogs belong out side not cooped up inside their whole life. You knew that and were doing what was best... It was an accident. It will get better with time. Don't blame your self... Any thing can happen to any one of us...
