Hi everyone.
I am in a bit of of quandry. I own a yorkie female with my best friend, who got pregnant as soon as she bought the yorkie--so that is how I became her other mother. I have trained her, groomed her, loved her and she is absolutely gorgeous blond and so healthy. MY girlfriend is insisted on breeding her once so she can give me a yorkie puppie. I know everything about caring for yorkies and keeping them healthy and happy, but I have no idea how to breed this dog.
We have a gorgeous male 3lb yorkie that wants to breed with her in December heat. My dog is 15 months old now. What do I do and how can I tell my girlfriend that if we don't know what to do? How can we breed our little girl once. Can you help me I am stumped and if I don't find out I will have nothing to do with the breeding. We can not afford another yorkie as this yorkie costs $2000.oo. Can you help me?
