I have been talking on and off to a fellow YT member who is young. She is a minor but desperately wants a yorkie but her parents have told her that she has to do everything herself. My question here is:

Would those of you who breed rather have the parent call you and discuss getting a dog for thier child??

Would you discuss a minor getting a yorkie without talking to the parent??

Any other advice you would have for this person would be greatly appreciated.
