Default Just conversation..nothing more!

That's right there are 2 clubs here in the US. The BYA and the ABC. I did read their sites and they both have different standards. At this point I don't agree with either club. The BYA accepts Biewer/Yorkie crosses and then the ABC bad mouths a breeder in Germany..the breed is still so new that the lines from the breeder she is bad-mouthing are still in the Biewers she owns..it's only be 20-some years.

One thing I notice alot is that some people say a Biewer is just a Yorkie not it's own breed..Well if that was the case then why do we have Biewer Clubs? They should be rolled into the YTCA. I look at it this way. I'm gonna do just as the Germans and alter nothing. I have registered my Biewers in my name with the club in Germany. I plan to do so with the pups I produce, this way, there will be consistancy. So I guess there 3 ways we are attempting to bring this beautiful breed in the US. Whichever pravails, we shall see. I could be way off base, but this is how I believe it should be done.

Back to selection candidate for breeding, Rini birings up important points!! First and foremost health should be cleared by genetic testins. I feel parents and their pups need to be AT LEAST!! Then the markings.

My Harmony has a dash of pink on her nose. It is a fault it supposed to be all black. However there's only little pink left. It's still turing. SO I am hopeful.
That's her only fault and it's one that I can live with.

I love BIEWER & YORKIE TALK!!!

Hugs,
Irene
