Thanks! Yes, our contractor is a very nice guy...he could have easily kept my earrings and I would have never known. We gave him the old oak cabinets to use if he wanted, rather than pitch them out, so he put them in storage. When I realized my earrings were missing I called him and asked him to check the cabinets just in case but he said he didn't find anything. Well, today, out of the blue, he called and said he took another look while he was at the storage unit and he found them way down in the corner of the cabinet. He's bringing them over Sunday morning when he comes to finish some work and take out the elevator. I'm soooo glad he found them...I thought they were gone forever!
