It is best to find an actual store near you so you can see the sizes of the merchandise. The "pooch parlor" stuff is really small and would only fit a tiny baby (under 2 lbs). But the actual store has much more and they sell bigger stuffed animals too with shirts and accessories for them.
In the bigger stuff, Sissy wears an XSM (she is a very compact 4 lbs). The clothes are very reasonably priced and really cute. So, if you have a store near you, be sure to check it out!! Here is Sissy in her dress from LibbyLu...
