I am sure it will all come out in the poop!
My 5 yrs old grandson swallowed a penny last week...the Dr said it would pass if he ate all his veggies and drank his milk..Ty told me not to worry it will come out when he poops. He did tell his mother to call 919 when he first did it..he came running downstairs and said he had a feeling he was going to get real sick, real soon.
