That is so funny!!! He sure made it loud and clear what he thought of that rain coat!!
Mine all have raincoats and they do the same thing. They will freeze up and not move an inch even though they have to go really bad. I am hoping over time they will learn to wear them. My other two dogs started off the same way but they learned to wear them and now they have no problem wearing them. I don't think the hoodie will be an issue, atleast it wasn't with mine. They have no problems wearing sweaters, hoodies, shirts, etc, just raincoats. It must be the material or the way it feels different to them??
