You need to prioritize which things are most important to you. If having some support is important, I would go with the breeder you feel comfortable with, #1. Re-homing can have it's challenges. Do you know enough about the dog's past to know whether or not you can handle it? A puppy brings it's own challenges. Be prepared for a 24 x 7 committment for the first few months.
