i have an issue sort of like this but its more like fergie goes outside only when she really really has to go...such as first thing in the am....and then most of the time i take her out on a leash and she just sniffs around and the second we get in the house, she runs to another room and goes...most of the time i can get her to pee outside but when it comes to pooping i can stay out there for hours and she wont go untill we get in the house... |
