Okay so I am not the greatest at the computer but I am learning. I wonder if anyone can tell me what the best free software programs they have found for making great pictures, etc. I want to specifically take a picture that I have and put another picture I have in the bottom corner of that picture. Hope that you can understand what I mean.

So does anyone know of free software I can use to do this? Any great free software programs that you list would be appreciated.
