I'm having the same problem with Venus pooping where she pleases in the kitchen. I know my kitchen is kinda large, so I have 2 pads down, still poop where she wants to.

When I leave the house, she goes back to the crate now, unless I know I will be gone way too long. I leave her in the kitchen then.

The pen I made, she climbs out of when I'm not in the room. But if she stays in it, she poops on the pad in it.

I hate to confine her to the pen again, but may have to. Seems "kitchen priveledges" aren't working that well.
