Thanks Kim for your information. Yes, I did sign a contract that had those exact words from them. The problem is that (from my understanding) if I were to get 'anything' from them...it would be another puppy. Which I DO NOT WANT! I wouldn't even want a puupy from them to give free to someone!
I have learned sooooooo much from YT and I share that knowledge to everyone. My DH and I love TJ and Roxy so much, we pretty much would die for them as if they were our flesh and blood. We are committed to providing the absolute best life for them, including any medical attention they need.
I just feel so aweful that I had that much faith in someone that could probably fall into the category of BYB or worse - puppymill. I hate that someone else bought 2 girls - under my recommendation. These poor helpless pups, they are victims of irresponsible and greedy souls.
The carelessness is just unbelievable. It is such a shame.
