my dads dog is fine as long as he knows where everything is and no one moves things and he can still hear when the bicky tin is opened lol
also my friends rescued shi zue (not sure how you spell that lol) was born blind and after she took him home it only took about 3 days for him to remember where everything was and he settled in really well. i think it bothers us more than them, the only thing i can say is different with my zac is he is a bit more clingy to me and cuddly.
