You don't understand. Scrawny sickly is not usually what a tiny will look like. Tiny is one that is plain old small but often will be small due to health problems that may not show up for a while. As long as you are informed of what you are getting into. The Yorkshire Terrier Club of America is an excellent source of information about Yorkies. YOu can find them at
