Well he's 13 weeks old on Sunday so I wouldn't say "completely" but I let him have free rome of the bedroom he's in and he always goes on his wee'wee pad, both poop and pee! I have it in a wee-wee pad holder. I am near Port Huron and Fort Gratiot.
Oh and he's used to all my other dogs too. Gets along well with them, even my husbands big Bassett Hound !!!! My 3 Yorkies LOVE him. I think he's fit right in nicely
