Glad you have everything under control...keep them warm...
under the whelping bed place a heat pad (wrapped in a towel) ON LOW (not inside the bed) and only under half of the bed, also put a small stuffed animal and perhaps a soft wash cloth in so they have something to snuggle with.
there are puppy nipples at the pet store, boil them for an hour to soften them...you can also use a eye dropped but its not as effective and you MUST be careful not to over do it, they can swallow too much and aspirate.
puppies should be fed every 3-4 hours formula as well stimulate with warm damp cotton ball (pee/poo) after feeding also do not feed on their back only upright! Once you know their full tap them lightly on the back like you would a newborn baby to burp.
