You have to let him know that it hurts. Consistency is the key because once he learns that you aren't going to allow him to bite you, he'll stop. If you still have a problem after doing this several times, then try ending play time with him. Then, wait awhile and play with him again and if he bites, repeat the whole routine again and end play time. The ignoring part was hard for me, but mine caught on pretty quick. I was surprised.
