Hi there, it's not all the way back between her legs, but not in the middle of her tummy. Further back then not. It looks like a little penis to me because it has hair, longer hair around it. Thats actually how I noticed it because I picked her up and felt pee. it does look like two very small cloves of garlic! Maybe this just an enlaged vulva?
I am going to point this out to the vet next week, see if he can understand me and I can understand him. I love my baby no matter what, but if she was sold to me under false pretences I would expect that they cover her/his neutering/spaying procedure.
