I wouldn't give her anything if you don't need to, but if she acts like she's in pain, I surely would call my vet. I've never had an animal have a bad reaction to spay/neutering, but these little bitty babies can act different. Sounds to me like she's figured you out! Can't say that I blame her, I'd want to be in my mom's lap when I don't feel well too.
