So because he gave up on the cheese. I told him he wants he has to get it. He got one piece and gave up. Any suggestions on something else for a treat that he would want to go after? How about chicken???Hopefully he will be able to walk a little here soon. Oh and yes I do stand him up and hold his tale(surgeons orders) and put my hand under his chest and try and walk him like four or five times a day. But thank you for the suggestion.

I think chicken is a good idea, especially if it's something he really likes. I would just keep doing what you're doing, maybe increase the time spent on PT a little each day. I know your first instinct is to baby and protect him, and I would be the same way. But, it's also important for him to start moving and trying to do things on his own. S-L-O-W is the key. Maybe even try putting a toy that he likes alot in front of him. Keep doing things that will encourage him to move on his own. Sounds like you're doing great so far!
