Oh how tragic! I'm so sorry for the loss of Gracie
I'm not a breeder, never had puppies of my own but I would guess you'll have to bottle feed them. The vet should have puppy formula to use. I know there are wonderfully great breeders on here who will be able to give better advice than me. Best of luck and sending prayers out.
