When I'm not home i keep Sadie (4 1/2 months old) in an x-pen with pee pads. When I'm home I leave the door to the x-pen open, and she will go there to pee almost 100% of the time. Pooping is a totally different thing. She NEVER uses the pee pads to poop. Always poops on the rug. I watch her like a hawk after she eats (I feed her 3 meals a day plus free food - she only poops after her meals) - but as soon as I blink she's pooped - I never actually see her do it!! I've tried moving the poop to the pads in her x-pen to try to give her the right idea, but hasn't worked so far. Any suggestions????
