I agree I would have your puppy vet checked, that is really small. I would also ask when you call, for a vet that is very familiar with toy breeds. Every one has their likes and dislikes, even Vets.
If you are not familiar with hypoglycemia do a search here on YT, there are alot of threads with that information, you will also find websites in the threads that you can go to for more information.
Some people keep Caro Syrup on hand others use Nutrical.
I prefer to keep Nutrical on hand.
