My Yorkie has cataracts from diabetes, I scheduled surgery for next week, but I'm having second thoughts. She will be blind for sure without it but I'm worried about possible complications. Also worried about the surgery follow-up, because she's diabetic - I work and can't stay home with her all day. The vet said that would be OK, but does anyone had experience with this, or with having a blind dog?
