I haven't tried this personally, but some people on here have tried making a 'yelp' sound when they bite and apparently they stop almost immediately. I know that when Oscar makes Ruthie yelp, he stops and backs off immediately - they don't WANT to hurt you and yelping is how they know that that's enough. It has worked for one member here I know - only had to do it a few times and the dog stopped biting completely.
Oh... and if they don't stop biting, their adult teeth will be much duller and not so pointy as their puppy teeth
