I'm so sorry your poor baby has to deal with both of these parasites!!! The giardia can be difficult to get rid of. Please take her back in if her stools are still runny - it can take a few doses of meds to get rid of.
Make sure you disinfect all of her bedding, toys, food/water dishes and other areas she has lots of contact with. A bleach solution should be used to do this. It is also helpful to wipe her bum with a baby wipe when she poops to make sure she is clean. Try to keep a close watch on her behavior and you can usually tell when she is going to poop so she won't keep eating and reinfecting herself.
They can become anorexic with the treatment for these conditions. Because her little tummy is most likely not going to feel well with all these meds, try some yogurt. I like the Activia by Dannon (I use the vanilla flavor) for the live, good bacteria it contains and Sissy gets 1/4 container for breakfast. You might also want to try boiling some chicken along with real long cooking white or brown rice for a while as well. Once the stools are no longer runny, you can either continue feeding her this and add some vegetables to the mix, or continue with dry kibble.
Good luck to you. This can be very frustrating, but you need to make sure she eats and keep her area really clean till you get the all clear.
