I took my 9yr Buffy to the vet about a month ago for a cough she had one Sunday night, next day I took her in.
They took x rays of her chest and the doctor showed me her x rays, there was a white cloud like on the upper left side of her chest. It was an infection, he send her home with antibiotics and two wks after he did x rays again and it was gone. TG for that!
This ended up costing me about 400.00, but had I waited it would have spread and her illness and recovery would have been more serious and a lot more costly.
When I'm not sure of anything I call my vet's office and ask, there is no charge for that.
If your baby is sick they should not give her her shots until she is well.
I also have a 10 month yorkie boy and he sleeps very quiet not even a snore (yet...lol).
