It could be having such a change in diet, many dogs do not tolerate that well at all. Also I suspect at 3 months he should still be on a puppy food, as their stomachs cannot usually handle all the crude proteins of adult food. However, in a puppy parasites like Coccidhia and Giardhia are pretty common so if it continues I would take him and a stool sample to your vet. Also make sure he is getting enough water to stay hydrated! GOOD LUCK, Bruce and I hope he feels better soon!
