Default borrow some dogs and try it out first- multiple dogs is a very long commitment

i have one. i dog sit frequently for my mom who has two yorkies. when i have all three together it is TOO MUCH for me. i feel i can't give them enough attension, it's very difficult to bring them out anywhere, and walking them is hard with three separate leashes. ( they refuse couplers/ won't walk) they interfere with my fiance' and i because he has to sleep on the couch. (they are all used to the bed and cry if they can't sleep with me.) he's scared to roll over them. i love them all. and i take great care of them. it's just very time consuming. maybe i'll get one more as a companion for my single yorkie one day. no more than two for me.
